The title is irrelavent

Hey I know I’ve been gone for awhile on the journal and art but here’s the first journal after a few months of being AWOL.
First of all, as some of you know, I moved from my boring little city of Harlingen, TX to Houston. Now I know that’s a big step but I got to move by plane and stuffs so it was interesting. A lot of my stuff is still back in where I used to live so I’ll be going back sometimes to pick up crap and visit. So dates for going back to the bottom of the US are:

Sept. 12- 14 picking up my car, I need the ocean motion shaggin wagon to get around up here! arrival time estimated at 1:20 pm Harlingen airport, bring yourselves.
Oct 3-5 – Shimakon~ I know I have onikon up here but I wanna go to shima instead so I can see all of you guys and share that table with some select awesome people and sell artwork while I’m not running around humping people :B It’ll be nice to see my fellow anime fans and cosplayers again. I’m still looking for a decent haruhara haruko cosplay so if someone sees one, and for pretty cheap, alert meh!!! I needs it….i dun wanna go as a lolita again….skirts and me do not agree. Especially if you add wind to the mix. So can I has a pair of pants?

More dates may become availabne as time progresses but hey it’s a start. So peeps back in Hgen alert the nerd squad your dungeon master is coming back! If Alex is there you all lose 12 mana points. I had him on my leg last day of school and frankly I don’t want to know what he’ll do after he hasn’t seen me for a few months. But bring Rene, he’s still awesome….is he going out with catherine yet? I wear they belong together…
Um ok so how about the timeframe between um…june and now?
I got fully settled in after two weeks and life is good here. During june I got roped into joining my uncle’s secretary’s son’s community swim team. It turned out to be pretty fun, gave me something to do for awhile. Their final meet got canceled due to a bad storm and ended up going into lifeguard mode and helped the little kids get to the shuttles. Needless to say dodging falling tree limbs while dragging some kid who was too scared to run was not fun. The end of the swim season party was fun though. My unc;e tipped them off that my birthday was on the next day so I got a little surprise party. It was nice minus the horde of children hyper on sugar running around. All in all good stuff. They want me back next year so I can coach and stuff XD

My actual birthday was nice. I got to go to some Italian place and it had the best Italian food I ever had :3 I wasn’t in the party room, but the room I ended up being in had someone celebrating their birthday. So it was the unofficial party room :B except I was the only person turning 18 and the waiter was kinda hitting on me so I~ ended up having to dance in the middle of the room while they sang happy birthday to me. I felt like an idiot but when don’t I?

So….i started college over the summer, Going to the University of Houston. Math classes too ugh~ I was not doing well, not at all. My quiz grades sucked (like really bad I only passed about 4 out of 11 of em) and I never passed any of the tests either…but somehow I got a 73 on the final makes me wonder. But I got to walk around U of H and it’s a really pretty campus. It has a lot of gardens, plaza’s and sculptures everywhere so its nice to look at while you walk around. And the squirrels!!! Seriously they will eat out of your hand they are so cuuute. So yeah I go squirrel feeding in some of my spare time. One day I had three hopping on me just make kissie noises at them and most will go right up to you >w<

Well I got myself a job again lifeguarding at U of H’s Recreation center is pretty fun. I get a decent pay rate: $7.50 regular guarding, $12 working a special event like a private party or swim meet, and $15 while teaching swimming lessons….so hey when’s the next session start? >w> the only down side is having to clean most the stuff around the pool, like ladders, diving boards, handrails, and organizing the equipment (that’s my fav duty :B) but to tell you the truth only in my office can you play baseball, bat included, soccer, and basketball and not have the boss yell at you…they usually join in. you just cant eat in there. Odd eh? But the staff is like 30 people so I haven’t met all the people yet but pretty much all of them are really nice. Lots of interesting people there lol may different nationalities and personalities.

Well I went to Austin for the very first time this weekend. Stayed on the 18th floor of the omni near 6th street. The only floor above me was the pool so yeah top residential floor ;o it’s a really neat building its all glass on the outside and went you walk in its got the floor lobby and the building divides in half so you’ve got offices on one side and the hotel on the other. But the walls are all windows so you can see into people rooms and offices when the curtains are open. Wasn’t much to see though. I snooped around the capital while I was up there…snuck up to the very top floor and I felt like a spy >:3 I kinda wasn’t supposed tp be up there…I had to jump some roped off areas and ugh all those stairs! But hey I probably got to see some stuff most people don’t get to. Yay me.
Oh I was really in Austin for my cousin’s wedding. The rehearsal dinner was the actual awesome part. The wedding was in Austin and we went to 6th street the night before. The actual dinner was at buffalo billiards where I had a few drinks courtesy of being with my parents again. Got to play endless games of darts and pool there, I schooled people at darts but I still suck at pool. The advice: don’t make me angry while I have something sharp in my hand. I have deadly aim when I throw it. Real wedding was fun I guess. I took pictures of the first half of it but after the actual marriage I was tired of it and gave the camera to someone else. Didn’t really dance, I just drank and ate cheese cake –w- the building was really pretty. It was an art museum called laguna Gloria and it had pretty gardens and fountains, the actual museum used to be an old house so exploring it was interesting.

So that’s what I’ve been pretty much been up to. Um…sledge hammer to the head now plz? I know I’ve been on imvu waaaay too much but that’s pretty much where you can get a hold of me and I’m always on yahoo too sooo abuse it if I’m online. Anyway I’m pretyping this in the back of my uncles car in word right now so I can copy and paste when I get back. Haha I is smart. Defeat 2 hour drive with typing the journal! I was gonna feature but um…I don’t have all your usernames memorized so maybe I’ll update later for those. For now neko out per usual.

He's back now and he's doing ok I will also be moving on Thursday....ahead of time of my personal schedule...>.>;; Sorry Skaarer...We gotta get together tomorrow...with like 5 of my other friends...let's blow that movie pass >: D ANYWAY....More art/wallpapers/randomness/ and features will appear in due time.
